I am a project accountant working on several business units. My role on a day to day basis requires me to respond to ad hoc requests from my finance managers, provide several documents and files to the finance managers and provide support to the business units.
I've developed my communication and time management skills. Learn how to become proficient with Excel and SAP.
I enjoy it very much, there is a laid back atmosphere where you are trusted to get the work done. It has exceeded my expectations of an apprenticeship. I enjoy it quite a bit.
Very well organised, myself and the other apprentices rotate on 6 month placements in different roles within the Management Accounting team. There is a lot of support from the other members of the team and I am given plenty of time to study for my CIMA exams.
