I am an Apprentice. I am being trained to be an engineer in the aerospace industry. I am given jobs and assignments to complete in a given time. I am being trained in the fitting, CAD, electrical and machining.
Yes, I have learnt alot of new skills in the all the different areas I have been trained.
I am enjoying the programme very much
I don't expect to feel like a valued employed at the moment but I certainly don't feel undervalued.
Overall, the programme seems well organised and structured. However, there are some areas that could be made clearer.

Although it's a good salary for the position, I don't feel I could live off it without support from my family.
As far as I know there are things to do outside of work but i'm not interested in that at the moment

Good training, good pay, good prospects. opportunity to travel and lots of benefits.
Make sure they know about the company, Have a good project to show at the interview. Be honest.
