  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • it is a great apprenticeship to be a part of due to the training we are given across the length of the apprenticeship. also the facilities we have to work in are to a high standard and i feel lucky to have achieved this apprenticeship and would recommend it to another.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • I would say be yourself, and be confident. BAE pride themselves on there employee diversity and if you are willing to learn and push yourself then BAE will be willing to train you. I think that if you ask a lot of questions it will also help you in the interviewing stage too.
