As an Electrical Designer, I am required to create and update various Electrical diagrams while gaining experience and knowledge in the Electrical Engineering and Design world.
I have learnt a lot of new skills regarding various CAD toolsets and I have have also developed my computer skills and also my Electrical Engineering knowledge.
I thoroughly enjoy every part of my Apprenticeship programme.
BAE Systems make me feel like a valued employee by recognising my skills and achievements.
My programme is extremely well organised and planned out thoroughly.
I receive as much support as I physically and mentally need from my training provider.
I receive as much support as I physically and mentally need from my employer.
My salary package just covers my costs however it sometimes feels as if we are underpaid compared to some people even though we are doing the same jobs and the same amount of work.
There are only a few opportunities outside of work that I have been made aware of.
