The restaurant is running smoothly. I do the opens with the manager. I do all of the new team member team training.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

whilst working with this organisation i have learnt how to run and manage a team, also i have learnt how to deliver team meetings and how to train new employees how i am in the process of doing my team leader on mable and my NVQ apprenticeship level 2 in team leader

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it's reinforcing what I already know and giving me the opportunity to improve my knowable and help me step up into a supervisory role and it is also making me think more of what I need to do to progress. It has also help me to look at myself and where ca ni improve to help the team

It was very well structured I understood what was involved. The training is geared up to where I work. I get support from my manager and trainer.

he is always on the other end of the phone during the week but he will get back to me when he can
