Feel I have learnt alot about a specific industry area. Still plenty to learn though!
It's a great group of people to work with and good oppurtunities within the area I work in. I feel the grad programme would grant greater oppurtunity though, perhaps regret not coming in at graduate level.
I feel the relationship with my manager could be developed further but feel like a valued resource. I also admire the positive label of the overall 'school leavers'.
The programme is flexible which is preferable to me. Greater structure in terms of the exams (ACII) would be beneficial but with high levels of training, overall good.
Since my time at Willis I have attended alot of training, the academy system used here is very good.
I have alot of contact points should I need them, which I regard as highly positive.
With paying rent and travel it is definitely a tight squeeze each month, however I am earning rather then getting into debt and very few people will manage to fall straight into great money.
Plenty of oppurtunites to network and meet new people.
Yes
For a school programme it is a very good one.
Read up and try and gain a basic industry understanding first. Enquire about work experince to gain a feel before beginning also.
