Great apprenticeship with lots of opportunities and allows you to gain great ammounts of knowledge and experience in the workplace. Since I’ve started I’ve gained a lot and I have hit numerous objectives and the company do what they can to help you achieve your targets. Great apprenticeship
Yes I’ve learnt numerous skills from being organised with tools to identifying faults. These skills I have learnt should help me even after my apprenticeship when I have finished and overall will give me benefits outside of work aswelll as inside of work meaning that I can bring these benefits with me
I enjoy my apprenticeship programme significantly and I would strongly recommend others to take the same route. I enjoy it for a number of reasons and the main reason is for the love of the work and the interest in engineering and the other for the great characters that people have
Very organised and well structured I believe the way the program is structured helps anybody who’s taking the apprenticeship as if there’s a good structure it means that if some ones is ill or a tutor is not working for any reason then there’s a back up there to allow the students to continue to work and this sort of structure is good and is continued through the programme
They give me plenty of support and always offer it at any point of time this means that you can achieve you targets and progress forward. As well as support with your education they also offer support if anything’s troubling you and they handle the situations very well and give you advise on what they think
Lots of support and they help me understand any work that I don’t understand my self and they help me do this all the way through my apprenticeship meaning that I am able to achieve my targets and excel further within my apprenticeship and the support given is very important as without it your understanding and knowledge isn’t as good
I think the training provider is vital to my apprenticeship as if they didn’t give me the support they do then it would mean that my role would not be performed as good as to what I can do ... the support given to me allows me to perform my role to a great standard
Not exactly however there are sometimes curry nights and other things promoted from time to time .... these events do bring people together and allows you to make friendships. I believe that events and activities are important because they allow you to build a team bond and it allows you to bring that bond into work aswell.
Yes
Because it’s a great company who help you every step of the way and throughout the course. And also because of the way they’ve treated me on my apprenticeship scheme. The way they’ve treated me has been great and even when I’ve struggled at times they’ve helped me surpass that level of struggle so I am able to excel
When apply show eager ness and research about the company so that when you are questioned you are pre pared enough to answer. Also be honest to what you believe you want to achieve if you were to get the apprenticeship and to ensure that when applying you know exactly the reasons why you want to do it
