I am training to be a salesman and so each day I am talked through the process of selling and different techniques I can use. I am taught how to use various systems which are needed in assisting with the sale. Recently I made my first sale which has really given me the confidence to push on further in the business.
My Communication and confidence skills have developed incredibly working in an environment where various customers are to be dealt with every single day. As I develop within my role I begin to talk to more and more customers every day which is crucial with helping these skills to develop further.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme as the people I work with are very supportive and I really feel like I can develop with the company. The role itself is something that I as a person can connect with and so it helps within my role for me to really develop.
My programme is very well organised with time slots dedicated to various things making it very simple to follow and to really get all the benefits from the course. If ever I need any help they can arrange meetings for me to help me with whatever I need which is great.
I receive all the support I will ever need by my employer, I am surrounded by experience which really helps my own skills develop further. If ever I need any help they can arrange meetings for me to help me with whatever I need which is great to help me develop.
my training provider is always there for me if I need them and will try their hardest to help me work towards the qualification. If ever I need any help they can arrange meetings for me to help me with whatever I need and they are always just a call or email away.
They teach me things such as the data protection laws which are directly linked to what I have to consider daily within my job role and so they really help my skills develop. When the course is directly linked to your job role like mine is, you develop a lot quicker as the knowledge will grow more from all angles.
Their are no extra-curricular activities as such but they often do events that the whole company can get involved in which is great. For example we have charity events that are often arranged where the whole company has a chance to get involved and raise money if they want to.
Yes
It is an excellent place to work and learn with a great group of people who provide a lot of support, and so I wouldn't hesitate in telling a friend to join. I have asked others and they say its has been their favourite place to work just because of how nice the staff are treated.
Don't take the opportunity for granted as its such a good company to work for and you may not get the chance again. I have asked others and they say its has been their favourite place to work just because of how nice the staff are treated so why would you want that opportunity to go to waste.
