Accounting Review

My work experience evolved about team collaobrative and pitching case studis evaluation points to the rest of the peers. This was on tax expenditure, a company that is looking to have a online presence and much more. Also, we did many quizzes on deloitted policies key terms to help us understand the company itself.

The vital skill I learnt was communication skill and this had developed from me since I joined deloitted work experience because they gave me tips on how to present to your audience e.g eye contact and stand confidently. Also I developed my team work skills by collaobrating ideas together

I enjoyed the work experience a lot because I made new friends everyday for a period of 5 days. I was able to discuss to the fellow students what they study and what their aspirations are for the future. Also I was able to learn the accounting perspective from deloitted which is what I want to do in the future.

The work experience was well organised because their were 2 individuals who organised the event for 4 days and then they brought in another company from outside for 1 day where they all had a plan on what is going to happen each hour so time wasn't wasted a lot

Their was an individual who studied biomedicine and got into deloitted. She told us that Deloitte is a multi cultural society where you don't need a degreein accounting to get in, also everyone gets along with each other the lifestyle is very nice because it's not boring as you will have someone to talk to you

My work experience helped me in deciding my future career path a lot because I was unsure about accounting as I only did work experiencd. But then I was able to ask people who study accounting at Deloitte and they explained the whole process from studying to getting a degree to a job which boosted my confidence

I was reimbursed for my experience which took a maximum of 4 weeks to be in my bank account. They gave a letter before we left for us to write our bank details and send via email so that they can send us the money back for travel costs in our bank account

I would recommend someone to deloitte because even if they don't want to study accounting or tax etc. They will still get a worth while experience in presenting towards clients, collaobrating and meeting new people and how to talk to them. This is a life oporuntity which can change someone's life

I would tell someone to do micro Tyco that's how I got into Deloitte this is where you raise capital from £1 in a month. You can then Talk about the micro Tyco journey and apply to deloitte as it shows your skills and iniative of being an entrepreneur
