Software Appentice: writing small software programs, testing software and designing interfaces.
NVQ level 3 FdSc in Computing Degree in Software Computer Development. I have learnt how to code and correctly document what i have done, i have also learnt how to interact in a proffesional manor.
Certain aspects have been very enjoyable, having met new people. other aspects of the program can be very fustrating, this is due to business needs at the time and available personnell.
i feel as though i am making good progress. the managers let me know if there is areas i can improve on.
the program structure is well structured, some aspects of moving though the team are ad hoc, such as getting a broad range of work, (for covering off NVQ). however once in these placements the work is thought out well.
Support is given when it is needed. I am always learning when i need to.
Support and teaching is constantly ongoing, addtional support is given when it is asked for.
The salary is ok for what i need. My daily costs and transport are covered, any external costs are also given in the fortm of expenses.
