In my role I offer customer service in a restaurant and bar, serving guests to the highest standard possible. This involves bar service and table service.
On a day to day basis I am constantly learning new skills in my job role. My customer service Is constantly being developed and improved.
My programme is very enjoyable.
My programme is very well organised with a number of units to learn and develop each month leading up to one end assessment.
My employer gives me plenty of support in my apprenticeship
My tutor has guided me massively to help me achieve my end goals and pushed me to learn a variety of new things.
