My work experience involved problem solving and communicating with team members as it also requires team work. Furthermore, presenting presentations with the group to the audience and judge about projects that we have worked on throughout the week.

I have learnt that there are many different type of job roles within a business like Deloitte and what sort of qualifications you require to enter the company. I have developed many skills throughout that week some of the skills are communication, teamwork, confidence etc.

The work experience was excellent as I didn't expect it to be like that. The reason why I enjoyed the work experience is because working with people that I didn't know and got to know through communication and teamwork.

The work experience was organised as everyday we had a plan of what we had to do. Also, on the induction day we were given a brief information of the daily tasks we were going to do. The employees ere really helpful and supportive throughout the week.

I have learnt a lot about the company culture and have flexible the office atmosphere was as all the employees that worked were satisfied. I believe I would like to work at Deloitte as there are many fun activities that employees can join.

This work experience was helpful as it gave me an idea of what job I would like to work. Getting to know employees perspective was a useful opportunity as they guided me on my future career path which I`m thankful of having this opportunity.

I didn't get paid for the work experience but the company paid for my travelling cost which was really helpful as they have supported us in many different ways.

During the week of the work experience there was two days where we had a networking events which we got to meet employees and have a discussion about the company and how they got the opportunity to work at Deloitte.

The reason why I recommend Deloitte is because its on of the best accounting and finance company also the company helps younger generations to develop their skills in activities that is done by them. In addition, the employees and staff that are within the business are friendly and supportive.

The advice that I give to people applying to Deloitte is do you best to get in as this opportunity will change your career path and will guide you on what to do next.
