  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • the support from the employer and instructors is unreal. there's no such thing as a dumb question to them and they are very penitent if you don't understand a topic. as well as this the safe guarding officers do an amazing job at making sure any issues you have are dealt with swiftly.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • because the opportunities it gives to you and the experience. to me I wouldn't have found the opportunities with any other company. the friends you make and the skills you gain from the well thought out program and the friendly instructors make it all worth the 4 years it is.

  • despite the application process being lengthy and tiring, stick to it as in the end what you gain from doing the apprenticeship out weighs the lengthy process. as well as this don't be worried the program is full of friendly people just hear to help you. its just like school but with nicer people.
