Really enjoyed it.
I think the NVQ side of the apprenticeship could be better delivered in terms of what’s expected to be produced work wise
If asked a lot. But also regularly contact is kept to keep up with how we are doing
Not too much support as we aren’t in regular contact until we get a job complete. Or we have reviews
Honestly the qualification in my opinion isn’t relevant for me to be able to carry out my job
Just the usual team building days which are normally pretty fun but this can vary from site to site
Yes
Good job. Exciting and a good salary
Take the good with the bad
