  • I think the NVQ side of the apprenticeship could be better delivered in terms of what’s expected to be produced work wise

  • If asked a lot. But also regularly contact is kept to keep up with how we are doing

  • Not too much support as we aren’t in regular contact until we get a job complete. Or we have reviews

  • Honestly the qualification in my opinion isn’t relevant for me to be able to carry out my job

  • Just the usual team building days which are normally pretty fun but this can vary from site to site
