Very well structured in that we’re always busy and don’t spend time sitting around.
They constantly encourage me to improve my work and do well in college.
A lot of support is provided to me by my colleagues and managers.
Some of it is useful, PLC work is useful however I cannot see a practical implementation for some of the work I do in college.
Not as of yet, however I plan to join anything that comes up.
