1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I come into Siemens training centre 4 days a week and one day a week I am at college, In the training centre I learn 4 sections which are milling, turning, fitting and maintenance, each section we get 6 weeks training and 3 weeks assessment.

Yes general engineering skills, milling turning, fitting and maintenance skills.
