Yeah working on the yard and a college so can get hands on
Getting hands on and it is not all college based.
My programme as been talented to my need so I learn the the best way.
I receive alot off support. As I was off they have supported my in alot of way getting help to be fit and get back to work.
I get alot of support with college they help when I am finding things hard they will help on a one to one bases they go out of their way to make sure I under stand very thing no mater what it is I still get alot of support with it.
Even tho I am behind I find that I am catching up fast with the help of everyone.
Their are a do alot of charity work also do team building stuff.

It's is a very good company to work with also you can go for with the company and pays good as well.
It is alot off work and can be hard bit it is worth it
