Experience involves helping people making sure the floor is clean and tidy, catering to members wishes and making sure everything is ok. Making sure the floor is clean and nobody can trip up over anything and all balls are put away. And teaching people tennis and helping out with tennis.
I developed customer service skills and social skills, talking to members and helping them in any way they wanted help with. I also developed skills tidying up and making sure everything was clean and sanitary and to a good standard for members to use and I developed tennis skills too, teaching people tennis.
I thoroughly enjoyed my work experience teaching people tennis and helping people out on the floor making sure everything was clean and up to the members standards, answering members and children’s questions making sure everything was up to their standards and making sure they had everything they wanted was amazing.
My work experience was well organised, I had a set lunch break and a set break. I had a set timetable of things to do, cleaning up and tyding up the floor. Also helping people out with anything they wanted was also in an allotted slot throughout the working day.
I learnt a lot about the company and the culture and what it would be like to work there, I learnt about breaks. Staff discount and many many more things including what staff needed to do to make sure they were hitting their targets. And making sure everyone was on track in tennis.
It helped a lot because I enjoyed some parts of the experience and I didn’t enjoy other parts. It helped me realising that I shouldn’t be a cleaner but I could consider helping people or being behind a reception desk or behind a desk or on a phone.
No, I was not reimbursed. I was given discount for lunch and I wouldn’t want to be reimbursed as it was experience and they were helping me out for me helping them out it was an even trade and it worked out perfectly without any hiccups or issues along the way.
Yes theee were opportunities but not many. No, I was not reimbursed. I was given discount for lunch and I wouldn’t want to be reimbursed as it was experience and they were helping me out for me helping them out it was an even trade and it worked out perfectly without any hiccups or issues along the way.
Yes
The staff ethos was amazing, helping people out and cleaning up was also very good. Reeling in the rewards for Making sure the floor is clean and nobody can trip up over anything and all balls are put away. And teaching people tennis and helping out with tennis and other things.
Go for it making sure the floor is clean and nobody can trip up over anything and all balls are put away. And teaching people tennis and helping out with tennis is amazing and it was a good experience just throw yourself in and if you don’t like it you can always quit.
