People need and enjoy interaction with others, and being in a communication rich role such as customer service means you get to interact with others on a daily basis – making this a very rewarding career for those who enjoy talking to, helping and providing a service to others
I prefer to work with both the structured and unstructured work environment. With well structured environment, the job stress level is very less but with the unstructured work environment the stress level will be higher at the same time its flexible enough to create and implement the new ideas..
we receive a lot of support from our employer such as training qualifications and on the job help. we have staff read to help us when we need it . a lot of the time there are at least 3 or 4 people ready to answer our questions, it really helps

Social activities are available However, it is important to be clear that what happens at work gatherings can never be truly separated from the office - so you need to bear this in mind. If you're in a bar with your boss, no matter how informal things seem, you need to remember they are still your boss, so don't say anything to them that you wouldn't normally say in the office - something that may be harder to remember after a few drinks. While getting a reputation for always being in the pub after work may be something to be avoided, we are social animals and developing links and friendships with co-workers can be useful. These links can help you to find out what's really going on in your workplace, which may help you in your career.
