we answer calls to our members when they are broken down either at home or in a dangerous location, giving relevant safety advice and service. we provide service for a normal AA members, bank members and manufacturing and company's.
I have learnt a lot regarding customer service and a customers well being.
yes, work was easily mapped out with completion dates
yes it was structured but room for improvement.
we do receive a lot of support from our employer.
we do from our assessor but not the apprentaship scheme as a whole
I feel I have learnt most of my role from the job itself practically but knowledge side of it from the apprentaship
yes our work place offers team bonding sessions like bowling and meals out.

the AA is one of the most friendliest places I have had the pleasure to work for, everyone is happy to help with opportunities to progress and managers that help to get you there.
