Lead great team and serve customers! Making sure everything runs smoothly! If a customer has a problem I will be able to make sure that everything get sorted out as efficiently as possible! Training new crew and allocating them crew trainers to help them develop their skills! Making great food!
Yes my management and my organisation skills! This is great as I can apply these to outside of work! My confidence has also strengthened and I feel over the past year I have become a better version of myself! Certain internal skills within the restaurant I have also developed! Great
I love meeting new people and working in a great team! Going to uni and having opportunities to go out the restaurant to share my experiences and learn from others is great! Being able to speak in front of 3000 people was an amazing experience and met some great people!
Very organised and everyone is clear of our roles! My managers are very help full and they are able to help me to plan my uni work. They have the knowledge that I may not so I am then able to apply my work life to my uni work z
My employer supports me with all my learning needs. If there are certain skills which I am struggerling to develop they are more then happy to help me and teach me the best way to complete and develop it! My business manager is so supportive and has my development in his best interest
My uni has helped me and implemented all the help that I need. With my learning needs they have been able to implement all the equipment and support I need. An example of this would be coloured paper for reading all the information. This is very helpful as reading is a struggle
All my work relates to my work place so it’s very good! Learning about customer retention and customer loyalty are all great ways in which we are able to apply them to the work place! These are also topics in which I am very interested in studying. Uni is fun
I havnt with my restaurant much but we have had crew days where we all meet up and have a barbecue and played games! A great way to get out the restaurant to build team development skills! Also I have had the opportunity to be on the McDonald’s booth at Olympia to advertise the apprenticeship
