as a transformation manager, I am responsible for ensuring the project I am working on is progressing according to plan. It also involves stakeholder management, relationship building and leading/driving change with my business area.
I am finding that I am re-learning and adding to the knowledge I have. I have gained a view on the whole course and know there will be skills i will develop for the first time.
I enjoy the mix of people and to be taken out of the daily routine to spend time on learning is refreshing.
