My role consists of prospecting to new customers and managing procurement processes through from prospect to signed contract. Our main proposition is a CHP which provides heat & cooling to large scale developments of residential and commercial customers, which provides low carbon energy and assists in battling Co2. Hence battling climate change. I'll drive the length and width of the country to meet new clients and discuss their requirements.
Yes refreshed existing skills, only one workshop completed so far, so hard to judge this question. Refreshed in regards to self awareness and emotional intelligence, able to come back to the workplace and apply a more aware approach to people and different considerations in regards to different personality types. Effective so far.
As mentioned only one session completed so far, I've enjoyed the sessions and the content. looking forward to completing more content and applying more work based knowledge in my day to day role. The programme looks very applicable and hopefully will assist me in achieving my next career step.
the programme is well presented, each section has its own workbook and supporting documents, with a portal to assist with own learning. Which overall supports the learning process and supports in refreshing knowledge and ensuring it is embedded. overall the programmer is well organised and structured. Easy to work with.
As mentioned already I am in the early stages of the programme, so far I have been allowed the time to attend the sessions. So I have received all the support which I need in order to complete my professional qualification through work. So I feel supported at work to complete this course.
Hard to answer this question due to me being so early on in the course, really I can't fully answer this question, I feel that so far I will have all the tools I need in order to be successful, I just need to ensure I manage this effectively.
So far I feel the content of the course will be very applicable to my role and will assist me in achieving a senior management role, I have previously managed teams in my professionally career, however having this professional qualification will really support my application process and also knowledge to be successful.

Yes
Supportive workplace which provides flexibility in between work and life balance. Which is great when you have a family. Plus the benefit package is very good. Overall E.ON will assist you in your own development professionally and also offer options to develop you personally. E.ON are a great company
I would advice that our interview process is competency based, which a lot of people struggle with! Look for actual examples and explain what you did! Other than that, so your ambition to learn and grow by yourself. Its a good company with different sections to explore and develop. Good Luck!
