Significant development both professionally and personally that I believe university alone could never offer
I love my job and I’m extremely passionate about it. Applying for it was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m extremely grateful for being given this opportunity.
I was the guinea pig for this apprenticeship so it wasn’t structured when I started and was very experimental but has become more structured for the apprentices who have followed since
My team are extremely supportive
I get a high amount of support with regard to studying for my qualifications
I feel I learn more from the job as opposed to the university qualification
I don’t really get involved personally but there are a lot of activities that occur on site
Yes
Doing this apprenticeship has been the most rewarding experience of my life and I would urge anybody considering alternatives to university to consider Unilever
make sure your CV is spot on, be yourself if you receive interview requests (don't talk like you are reading of a page), and be genuinely interested
