i am a retail essential banker I serve and support customers in their daily banking needs.
yes I have learnt lots of new skills
I am enjoying my programme there is a lot to it just making sure I have the time to keep up with all the evidence
very well organised and easy to follow
a great amount I am always given time and support
a lot of support my apprentice leader is always there to support me I can ring her any time
I feel she makes a massive difference to my qualification she knows what is expected and how to guide me to get the best results
