The role involved carrying out ordinary day to day admin jobs such as inputting data and creating documents for the relative departments. I also was involved in ordering new stationary and I had a go at doing some financial things such as booking staff accommodation and organising valeting and mots etc on company cars.
I learnt lots of new skills whilst I was there. They were a great company to work for as they helped me gain my independence and allowed me to make decisions for myself but also supported me in making the right choices. I learnt a lot about how a company works and what goes into making one a success.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience doing this programme as I felt I was consistently treating with respecting and they wanted me to do well just as much as I did. I was grateful for the time and effort they put into making my experience a positive one. It was sad to see it come to an end when it did.
The programme was incredibly well organised, and I felt like when i was taking part everyone was aware of my training and in this way it meant they were all really supportive and were able to help me in achieving my goals. I felt incredibly lucky that it ran so smoothly.
I received a huge amount of support from both the employer as a whole, but also other employees within the business, as well as my direct line manager. It was a real pleasure to work there as to continual high level of support was ultimately what made it such a huge success.
The training provider was very good and they met with me regularly to ensure all my needs were met and to assist me with my learning. They taught me a great deal and were able to guide me in my work to make sure I completed it to the best of my ability.
The qualification made a huge difference into my ability to carry out the role. With the ongoing and consistent support and guidance this really pushed me into learning lots of new skills and keeping up a good work ethic. The qualification has really helped me going on as I feel i learnt things i otherwise wouldn't have.
At work there were a few opportunities to take part in extra curricular activities. We had different groups that took part in activities and because there were so many people, you would always be able to find someone with a similar interest to you. Everyone was very friendly and inviting so i felt if i'd wanted to take part, i could have.
Yes
I would 100% recommend this to a friend because i gained so much from the experience. I was very lucky to have such a supportive group of people working around me and if i hadn't my time doing the qualification would have been much more difficult. i am still in touch with some of my colleagues from this job.
If you are going to apply, i would recommend really working to make your cv stand out. this is an opportunity that is too good to miss so it is worth putting the extra effort in now so that later you will reap the rewards. a super company, so give it your all.
