Fixing Faults on the network and providing broadband and telephone lines.
I have learnt problem solving skills on the BT network. I can now use the tools given to me and getting better at testing.
I enjoy my programme when I work local to my house. The network around my patch is generally really good. the network in most areas isn't ideal and can be difficult to work on
