my day to day involves completing fraud claims for customer who have experienced a fraudulent transaction on their account. providing education to the customer about what to do going forward. I also help customers who has had a payment declined which they are trying to make, explaining why it has been declined what i need to do to get the card unblocked.
i have learnt a great deal on top of what i already know. i have learnt all about time management, professional standards and also stakeholder management. the apprenticeship an also helped me development my interpersonal skills and how resilient and flexiable i am a person but also as an advisor.
I really enjoy the level two apprencticeship as i have learnt a lot of new things which i didnt think i would. it helps me develop myself as an advisor and think about the future in what i want to achieve. it also helps me understand stakeholder management and how i approach difficult situations.
i programme is well structured and organised. i also have the correct amount of time keyed out to help with my learning. i am able to speak to my assessor at any time during the day to ask questions or to help with any of my answers, making sure everything is correct
i receive a lot of support from my employer, if i need extra time or help with any of the questions i am able to go and speak to a manager and explain what help i need, which they will then take time to help me answer the question effecively
I Receive an unbelieveable amount of support from my trainer. she is always there when i need support with any of my learning along with anything outside of my learning. She is always supporting me to reach for higher goals than i orgainally thought i would achieve as she believes in me
it helps me provide a better service to customers but helps me gain confidence within myself and also helps with my personal branding. it also pushes me to achieve goals i didnt think i would be able to. it will also help me achieve a higher qualification which will help develop my skills.
I attend my local gym, where i meet all different kinds of people and work with people who can help me provide a healthier future for myself and family. i also attend my local slimming world group, meeting people who have the same gaol as mysel and help eachother achieve them goals.
Yes
brilliant place to work, always looking out for colleagues and support where needed. there are a lot of opportunities to expand your knowledge and learning which will in turn help move up within the business. Everyone who works within the group are always helpful, approachable, friendly and very understanding of situations,
Never be afraid to go for something completely different to what your used to. You never know what is out there and what you can achieve by having the right support around you. Always be yourself and never be scared to ask questions and to stand up for what you believe in.
