  • 1. Please give an overview of what your work experience involved:
  • My work experience involved supporting a store manager with their day to day tasks in their store. I helped with simple tasks like checking all the staff were in and that all areas in the shop were covered. I also advised on any issues in the store such as spills and mess.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would definitely recommend this opportunity to a friend because I think it was such a valuable experience, and it was so well organised. i do not think you might get the same value out of this from another business because this business seemed to have it so well organised.

  • I would want to give the advice that you should definitely go for it because it is a really good opportunity and a great way of learning about a business which is so successful. If you can understand why a business is doing, well this will really help for any future endeavours as we all want to be successful.
