  • Enjoy working with people. Learning new things on daily basis.

  • Most things were spot on but with the number of apprentices some things went wrong. Overall organisation was good.

  • A lot. Support from line manager and other colleagues are spot on.

  • More than enough. Study day is one of the examples.

  • Bigger knowledge and theory that can be put into real life scenarios.

  • There are apprentice nights out every month. Team meetings every week. Dodgeball tournament this month.

  • Make sure you are prepared- some research has to be done.
