the work experience included a lot of learning in my area of work. I learnt a lot shadowing my manager, as he was a very experienced individual . My work experience involved making powerpoints, Microsoft excel, attended important meetings, met new and interesting people. It was a lot of fun and exciting
I learnt communication and listening and speaking and time management skills and also I learnt about how the work environment feels like. I developed my skill to concentrate and focus on a whole lot of projects at once this helped me to gain these skills, I also got the opportunity to understand professional behaviour
I enjoyed my work experience a lot as the my colleagues are very nice and will understand your mistakes and will treat you very well like the human been you are. This made me enjoy it more as I thought the environment would be more tightening and frightening like I thought the "real " world is
I think that M and G was very organised as they was prepared for every single day of the 5 day work experience
Yes
This is because M&G Investments offered me an opportunity to develop my skills and understand what work really feels like and understand the working environment, I felt like respected and not treated as someone temporary, therefore I would definitely recommend M&G to my friends. M&G is a great place to work for.
the advice I would give people is to be more confident and ask questions as it would give you a better understanding of your work and the company. If you are confident you will be more respected by people and you will be treated better by your colleagues and employees.
