To carry out routine maintenance on the equipment in the production, to ensure all works carry-out within compliance, provide support to maintenance teams, to help in managing tools and spare parts for the equipments, and taking care of punches and die maintenance.
Have learnt about mechanical and electrical, such as welding process (which is not within my diploma back in college). Have learn about real time work situation, and how to handling situation when there is breakdown or major issue related to engineering.
I enjoy it when i get involved doing maintenance on machine which i am able to use tools, when i am given a project so that i could complete the task in time
My programme do have career development plan and job description, but i always lost track on what to do. Clear direction and task given would be helpfull
I get full support from my department, as well from all within GSK

The module that i have learnt from the training provider is relevant in my role. However, i have learnt about management which i could not apply the knowledge and skills in my role in GSK
I have involved with one of sports activity and proramme held by other department. However i could not attend any programme that held every friday due to attending class

In my region, it was a hard time for a fresh graduates to get a job relevent to their qualification. But here in GSK, we were given trust to develop and give our best and start from bottom.
