day to day troubleshooting and maintenance work and calibration
yes, I've how proper calibration and maintenance is done
both positive and negative attitude I enjoyed this programme
I would say it is not very organised and there is no proper instructions to follow.

it helps me understand what I was really doing and gaining new knowledge everyday both in academics and work

It is a great place to learn as a apprentice because GSK is dealing real time and very critical problems daily so it has provide me with many opportunities to learn things even out of my role,
If you are already in an apprenticeship these are some of the advice to overcome hard times. Be consistent in a constantly learning attitude and never give up Try to take up new challenges to and have goal in mind to work towards to so that you can stay motivated.
