My job title is Application Support Apprentice. My day to day activities at the moment involve, updating our teams site page. Drawing up diagrams, sorting out tickets and creating helpful documents.
I've learnt SQL, C# and Javascript coding. Also enhancing my HTML and CSS skills.
I enjoy it very much, I love working for M&G! They definitely know how to care for their staff, as they do retain people and give staff the ability to develop skills in various areas.
I feel very valued, everyones always helping, and giving me different tasks. I've been giving a few responsibilities for example I was in charge for testing of the App Support page .
It is quite organised within M&G my mentor is really good at keeping me organised. I am getting training and support from my apprenticeship agency and from within my team. Everything went smooth regarding the programme.
I recieve very quick support every time I call/email them. However since i'm in the pilot group of the developer course some parts are a bit all over the place. A bit more structure would have been better.
I recieve excellent support from my employer, they always strive to help me get the best results in my exams and assign, ments.
It meets it very well!
Yes, there are many events taking place out of work for instance the softball games we've been having for a few weeks now. We also get good discounts in restaurants and theme parks etc.
Yes
They treat their staff well and always want you to reach your full potential.
Don't be afraid to ask questions! & It's not a bad thing if you dont know something, it's a learning process.
