Yes I have learn't many skills both at an external college and the companies own training centres.
I enjoy the programme very much, it can be challenging at times but I feel this makes me enjoy it more.
There is a clear management structure. We have 10 week reviews to talk about our targets and achievements with our managers.
I always receive help from my employer when required, there is always someone to contact
I always receive support when required.
I am set new targets every 10 weeks so this help me perform better as I have a goal I need to reach.
There are many extra curricular activities such as DofE and other social events
