When i first started i was apart of the 'O2C -Order to Cash) team where i was involved in the order processing for one of our Top6 customers. I then did 2 other roles in the business which have been invaluable
I have learnt a lot about the wider business, as well as supply chain. I worked closely with the sales team and understand a lot more about different customers styles of working. It has been a big eye opener seeing everything that goes on in the background in order to deliver good COF.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the scheme as we also studied for an NVQ as well as a Diploma which gave me additional qualifications for the future (as well as gaining great friendships and critical experiences in 3 areas)
Very well organised. From Day1 everything is outlined to us, we even had a week away at a business centre in our first week where we got to meet everyone and having a weeks long induction learning the fundamentals of the business which was fantastic.
Lots of support, they arranged cover for my work whilst i was studying on my block weeks and then have given me lots of experiences in different areas which has helped me secure a permanent role
To start with, it needed a lot of work. We were with another provider initially and were not learning as much as we should have been and we were behind schedule HOWEVER we then moved to a new provider who then pushed us to achieve our apprenticeship and they really helped change my views on the provider
They bought lots of external people into the classroom to discuss their experiences in the real world. We learnt about other companies and then i could compare them to how we work which was really insightful
No but i have heard many activities, we also have a gym that can be used by all the employees
Yes
You gain lots of experience and have lots of responsibilities from Day1 which really helps you to develop. The opportunities are endless
be yourself :)
