I HAVE MOVED AROUND A VARIATY OF JOB ROLES WITHIN MY APPRENTICESHIP AT NESTLE FROM STARTING IN PRODUCTION, THEN MOVING TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT, THEN EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THEN QUALITY, THE TPM. I CURRENTLY AM NOW WORKING IN A MORE LEADING ROLE AND WORKING ALONGSIDE TEAM LEADER AND TRAINING TO BE A LEAD OP. DAILY TO HELP ENOURAGE THE TEAM TO PERFORM, BOOK THE SHIFT ON TRAINING, COMPLY WITH STADARDS AND REPORT TO MY MANAGER ON HOW THIGS ARE RUNNING, I HAVE BEEN INVOVELD IN PROJECTS SUCH AS BULIDING THE NEW SHIFT HANDOVER ASWELL.
I HAVE LEARNED A FEW NEW SILL I.E THE TOOLS WE USE FOR PROBLEM SOVING AND ABOUT THE SIMPLE ONES WE USE AND THE ONES WE USE FOR BIGGER PROBLEM SOVING. I ALSO USE NEW COMPUTER SYSTEMS ASWELL AND ENGAGE BETTER TO A NUMBER OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SEEN AS WE COME ACROSS MANY DIFFRENT PEOPLE
I ENJOY IN ENAGING WITH MANY DIFFRENT PEOPLE AND SEEING AN OUT COME IN WHAT I DO I ENJOY COMMUNICATING ACROSS SHIFT AND SEEING THE BENNIFITS, I EJOY DIFFRENT TASKS ON A DAILY BASIS AND HAVING A VARITY OF WORK. NOT JUST STICKING TO ONE JOB ALL THE TIME. AS 12 HOURS CAN BE LONG.
NOT TOO STRUCTRED NEVER REALLY KNOW WHERE OR WHATS HAPPENING NEXT NOT VERYGOOD COMMUNICATION WITHOUT ME HAVING TO PUSH TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING NEXT. 3 MONTHLY MEETINGS SUPPOSED TO BE SET UP TO REVIEW PROGRESS THAT DONT OFTEN HAPPEN AND WHEN MYSELF ORGANISES A PRESENTATION OR A REVIEW MEETING IT OFTEN GETS DECLINED.
MOST OF THE TIME I DO STUFF FOR MYSELF AS OTHGERWISE I WOULD NOT LEARN AS MUCH MY MANAGER IS VERY PUSHED, HR IF I NEED ANYTHING I TEND TO GO TO ASK HR MYSELF TO FIND OUT THE INFORMATION I NEED. MY METOR COVERS SO HE DONT ALWAYS TEACH ME MY EXACT ROLE SO I LEARN MYSELF
WHEN I STUDDIED WITH MY EXTERNAL TRAINING PROVIDER THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE PLENTY OF FEEBACK ON THE WORK WE HAD DONE. ALWAYS PUSHED US ON PAPERWORK STANDARDS AND PRAISED US FOR THE GOOD WORK, ALSO OFFERD SUPPORT IF WE WERE NOT GETTING IT AT WORK, THEY ALWAYS OFFERD SUPPORT.
