Yes, I have developed my presentation skills and my teamwork skills. Also, I am now able to use new IT systems such as SAP.
I love my apprenticeship programme. I am able to do the exact same tasks as the other members of my team and my uni tutor is very good in making sure that we achieve the best grades in our assignments.
There was a good two week induction to the company and the training in my role was very good.
My uni tutor visits us at least once a month for a catch-up. He provides us with some learning materials and practice questions. We can even call or text him when he's not here as he is always happy to help, even on the weekends.
i feel like a lot of the topics which are coming up are going to really improve my understanding of the supply chain at AstraZeneca. Especially in the logistics team.
I believe that there are clubs to get involved with but I am not sure what they are and how to join them.
Yes
Because AstraZeneca provides an amazing apprenticeship scheme with great qualifications.
To try and make friends with the older apprentices as they are always happy to help and give advice on uni work or even social events.
