  • My role involves being treated like an equal member of the team, answering emails, supporting global projects, carrying out on my own projects and tasks.

  • Yes, I have developed my professional skills, my communication skills, presentation skills and excel skills. I have learnt how to communicate and manage key stakeholders.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme thoroughly, it can be stressful at times as I have been given a lot of responsibility to straight away, but I am learning so much and been given so many good opportunities.

  • I was given a very good thorough induction, it was very structured to begin with, my management team and alignments remain structured but my workload/ work day is very flexible, fast-paced and changing.

  • I have a line manager, an aligned manager, a mentor and a buddy. 100% full support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The course is distance learning, but I have a mentor that I remain in contact with, she answers emails within 24 hours, or I can call her at anytime. I am new to starting the course so am yet to experience more.

  • I am new to starting the qualification however I can see that it is going to provide a lot of context.

  • Yes, there are lots of extra-curricular activities. We also have an onsite gym.

  • Yes

  • Very good pipeline, very good for personal development & growth. Also, great benefits and good salary.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AstraZeneca?
  • Resilience is key, it is a very fast-paced environment, however so many opportunities to progress and develop. It is also exciting and motivating to be part of a company delivering life-changing medicines.
