My role involves being treated like an equal member of the team, answering emails, supporting global projects, carrying out on my own projects and tasks.
Yes, I have developed my professional skills, my communication skills, presentation skills and excel skills. I have learnt how to communicate and manage key stakeholders.
I enjoy my programme thoroughly, it can be stressful at times as I have been given a lot of responsibility to straight away, but I am learning so much and been given so many good opportunities.
I was given a very good thorough induction, it was very structured to begin with, my management team and alignments remain structured but my workload/ work day is very flexible, fast-paced and changing.
I have a line manager, an aligned manager, a mentor and a buddy. 100% full support.
The course is distance learning, but I have a mentor that I remain in contact with, she answers emails within 24 hours, or I can call her at anytime. I am new to starting the course so am yet to experience more.
I am new to starting the qualification however I can see that it is going to provide a lot of context.
Yes, there are lots of extra-curricular activities. We also have an onsite gym.
