I have to make sure the factory runs smooth and efficiently. I will often have to fabricate certain parts if we do not have them in stock. Fault finding is another part of my job as well as making sure everyone is safe and secure. in my working environment. good
I have learnt many skills in tulip from mechanical to electrical. i8 have learnt how to work on the whizzers the butina the scald line as well as many other things I have learnt how to book things out of the stores making sure everything is smooth and efficient. Faboulus
I enjoy my programme because I know it will be woth it when I haver my qualification and I will be able to earn better money and be a real part of the company. I do not enjoy staying in a hotel earting the same food for 6 weeks at a time.
The college side of my programme is fairly structured with clear goals and objective thoughought the course of the 6 week period however it is not well reflected when im back at work I don't think all the information is relayed back to the managers at my site. some food for thought there.
some members of my team offer me support however not all of them most don't really seem fussed and not many people enjoy their job anyway so I cant really expect them to be enthusiastic about my and my experience however it does not effect me. ande I ikno0w I will be valuable to tulip
The college provides plently of support and as much help as I need all the teachers are friendly and easy to talk to if I ever have any problems or issus with work or any other of the pupils. the have moodle witch is great to use and easy to navigate
apart from the lathe and bench wich is actual useful in the real world. the rest of the theory side is next to useless I will more than likely never use any of it in the workplace the only time I would ever use this again is when I do a hnc
