Official Job Title: Apprentice Facilities Assistant Daily Tasks Include: Maintaining the online database for Site Facilities and Updating records. Internal communciation includes dealing with resident quries. External communication includes audits.
Many skills i felt i needed to improve on have been heavily improved since starting, and i have leart many new skills. I have taken many intern al training courses relating to my business unit. I have learnt how to communicate appropriatley with residents and have started to better understand the corporate environment.
I absolutley love my job, and there nothing at all i can fault, management has helped me gain knowledge and i have the backing of the team around me to help improve confidence and continuously improve.
I feel no matter what the problem I can approach either my line manager or supervisor if i have a problem, I dont feel as if im just " another employee " I feel as if im a valued member of team.
My induction was perfect and i felt it helpt me get to know everyone in the organisation, and start to fall into the corporate environment, my apprentieship programme was well organissed and because of i have finished my level 2 qualification early.
The amount of support i have is perfect . I know that my training assessor is avaliable by phone or email whenever and i can speak to him about anything. The same applies to ym line manager and my supervisor. both my internal support and external is very positve and i can tell that im being encouraged to further my knowledge which i appreciate.
my support from all of my internal colleagues again is amazing. i am able to email and approach anyone in the department
I am extremely happy with amount i am currently being paid, and the fact my workplace has agreed to pay my expenses with regards to travel costs.
There are often roadshows, events, company activities which are sent out via email to the relevant employees. I am interested in some of those and will be attending some in the future.
