On a day to day basis it could very I could be helping out in the workshop with joinery like doors and windows and other stuff but I could be going out on site helping out there.overall it can be different every day on site or at the workshop
I have learnet many new skills throughout the time I have also felt I have also developed skills I already had.one of the biggest skills i have felt I have developed is people skills because you meet so many different people.you are learning new things all the time as well doing different things every day.
The program I am on is very good one to do being at college three days a week and work two days a week it’s a good way to break up the week and it doesn’t feel so long. And I enjoy working out on site with different people every week.
The program I am on is well structured because it is fairly predictable most of the time but can also be flexible when needed. It is also very well organised with holidays And other events made clear in the timetable so you know when you’re off and when your own and what is happening when.
I received a good amount of support from My employer As they help me with my apprenticeship and also help me learn stuff about my job in the industry I’m going to give me a good amount of guidance towards my future and what I can expect of it.
I receive good amount of support from my training provider with a check up every term to see what I’m doing when I was on it what needs improving and how I am getting on in general and I feel this helps towards my overall well-being and helps me achieve my future goal the best I can
I feel that the training I will get from my apprenticeship but I’m currently doing will help me perform better in the future by having real world experience in the job that I would like through doing the qualification the time doing by going out and working and doing money for the future
There aren’t any extra curricular activities I do apart from socialise with friendsOn weekends and occasionally I go out for drinks with work colleagues or friends or go and watch a football match and occasionally go down to the park to play football also go for days out with them in general there is nothing I do professionally outside of work
Yes
Currently it has a good structure and has a variety of work in different places doing different things occasionally. This is a good place to learn new skills because because of the variety of things done in the process and also the people they’re good to get along with.
There is in any advice or tips I would give in general the only thing I would say is that you’ve got to work hard towards your goal stay focused on the job always look busy even if you’re not listen to what is being said and stay on your toes
