I work in Client Services in the investment bank, it involves helping to settle trades by speaking internally to the teams. I also assist in setting up users for our internal systems. I create monthly client packs and usually visit clients in order to discuss their monthly review pack; since COVID these have taken place online.
Yes
I have been supported by my team and encouraged to explore as many different roles, experiences and forums as possible. Since completing the apprenticeship they have supported me in whatever choice I have made when it comes to continuing onto the next one. I have been given plenty of responsibilities.
I recommend applicants to research information about the company, which can easily be found on the website, and to be true to themselves and always honest. I recommend they research a little about the market, especially in the current climate as it will show their enthusiasm and willingness to adapt.
