Tax associate, daily tasks include tax returns, managing projects, performing the main administration tasks in realtion to risk compliance. I have contact with member firms overseas and many clients.
Business awareness has improved especially in realtion to accounts etc. Studying for the ATT and attend many internal training sessions which are team specific. Presentation skills have improved
Team are great, work is varied, company is relaxed and provides a lot of work. It has exceeded my expectations
Recognition awards are allocated monthly, been involved in many high profile deals etc and I feel as though I am a vital part of the team
Very structured, montly meetings with assessors, support from manager, not compared to graduates, good balance between study and work
Mainly self study, however tutors are there if and when they are needed
