I work in a project management role where I analyse and manage data for the client, I also organise and assist my managers with their work and proof read information before it's sent to the client.time off work to study and the company support me in my work to get the best grades possible and also to do the best that I can in my education
I've learn't lots of new skills including MS Office skills and also learning how to organize my time and priorities, also I've learnt how to communicate professionally and competently. time off work to study and the company support me in my work to get the best grades possible and also to do the best that I can in my education
I enjoy the program quite a bit due to the experience i've had. the program is difficult and challenging but it has taught me how to deal with problems and how to take a logical and procedural process to tackling problems. The program has given me a new experience
the program is organised and structured decently, however not enough time is given to actively learn content time off work to study and the company support me in my work to get the best grades possible and also to do the best that I can in my education and this is.
i receive ample support from my employer. the employer gives me ample amount of time to study and take time off work to study and the company support me in my work to get the best grades possible and also to do the best that I can in my education
The training provider does provide some support however it is quite sparse and workshops are few and far between. I also feel that the things that I'm learning are relevant to my job and it makes me feel better knowing that my education is having an impact on my actual work life
I feel more confident in my role through the knowledge I've gained and I do perform Better because of this. I also feel that the things that I'm learning are relevant to my job and it makes me feel better knowing that my education is having an impact on my actual work life
Yes, there are events almost every week at Accenture depending on what work people are doing. Also these events aren't always the same or have the same people in them, its a great way to communicate and network to others and meet new people, also its a great chance to have fun with the people working around you.
Yes
It's a big company with lots of people, and huge amounts of support for people in the company, people are friendly and cool and are very productive too. Accenture opens up a lot of opportunities for people and is a very people focused place and the benefits that people get from the company are huge
Be honest and confident in yourself, highlight key features of yourself or ask a friend to do this. personality is key in the company as you are working mainly with people. Also being honest when you don't know something and seeking help for it is a great way to get better at your job.
