First thing in the morning I do housekeeping duties, sweeping up, emptying bins etc. Once morning stock gets delivered I would quality check it and place it into stock. On a day-to-day basis I would use an electronic parts catalogue to identify parts for internal and external customers to fulfil customer needs.
Since I started the programme I have became more confident and responsible. Being made to think on my feet is a skill I never knew I had before I started working at Imperial. Following the correct procedures on a day-to-day basis has helped me keep my work in order instead of being unorganised.
I enjoy my programme to the extent I ask for extra hours.
My programme is well organised/structured every few weeks or months I will get a visit from my assessor (skillnet)
I receive a lot of support from my employer, I couldn't ask for anymore help than I get offered.
I receive a great amount of support from my training provider. I get regular visits from my training provider to update my college work.
I feel my qualification helps me to perform better in my role because it has taught me things I didn't know within the role
Yes
It is a great and well structured organisation to be involved in.
Great place to work and well organised company
