1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My daily tasks are making sure that i have a job and making sure it is up to DAF standards, i also have to make sure the workshop is safe for everyone else

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since i have started i have learned alot of new informatiuon on what my job involves, all of the skills in volved with every job i do and that every job i do has a good amount of timer and effort put in to make sure its correct.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

There could be a little more communication between work and collage as what i need for collage i feel work does not prepare me for the test i have, it would be easier if there was time at work where i could do jobs that collage have lined up so i have a basic understanding of what i'm doing and not going in blind.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I need job cards for skillet but i have no time to get the jobs but when the jobs come in am told to do something else, it is slowing my progression down but i still receive help from everyone at work if i am ever stuck at collage or work.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have gained a lot of knowledge and it helps me in my role everyday, i use a lot of stuff i have learned at collage in my job role.

There is nothing for me to do at work.

There is a lot of knowledge in what this job has to offer, it is a good place to work, all of the guys that work there are easy to get along with and they support everything you do at collage and at work.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?

Make sure to be your self, if if you have no knowledge of mechanics then say but make sure your willing to learn, if you have skills say what they are.
