  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have received a great deal of support from both my mentor and my training provider. They have taken time and patience to go through target areas I have been unable to understand and tackle head on. I am now confident in areas that I otherwise would not have been previously. My mentor has been available at all times to show me anything I may have not been able to do, he has then sat with me until I have been able to independently.
