my job role contains investigation and rectification of heavy good vehicles. this includes fault finding, customer interaction and obtaining authority to rectify the faults that occur on heavy good vehicles.
during the time I worked at imperial commercials I have gained new skills such as diagnosis, working with dealer software and rectifying heavy goods vehicle faults.
the program is satisfying and in depth, it has helped me understand the systems of heavy goods vehicles and how to rectify the faults.
the program is structured in a very unique, its a very independent program which teaches you to work independent and come to a conclusion with the tools provided
the support received from my employer is enough to get me through the course with plenty of knowledge to be able to rectify heavy goods vehicle faults and work to legal/company standard
the support received from my training provider has helped me out a lot during the program. it has helped me understand the technical aspect as well as the procedure tat needs to be followed in order to rectify heavy goods vehicle faults.
the qualification will help me in the role by gaining more knowledge and confidence to work on vehicles and open up opportunities for future training.
not really, but the prospect of further training is an option once qualified.
