UBS is a good company to work for with lots of support and opportunities to develop. The apprenticeship scheme is run very well (in its 5th year in the UK) and therefore mostly runs very smoothly. There are lots of chances to network and participate in new volunteering opportunities to help the local community. Overall it is an extremely well run, controlled and organised scheme, in a company with global exposure.
